The EPIC-QM57 single board computer supports Intel Core i7/i5 processor with up to two 204-pin SODIMM sockets to support for 8GB of DDR3 800/1066 system memory. These features married up with the Intel QM57 chipset present a high performance solution. For high-speed network communications, the EPIC-QM57 SBC features the Intel 82577LM and Intel 82574L chipsets which support two Gigabit Ethernet ports. Moreover, this model utilizes PCI-104 and PCIe/104 connectors as well as a Mini Card slot for further expansion options.
The EPIC-QM57 SBC is a new generation EPIC module for embedded computing that adopts a top-of-the-line Intel processor: Core i7/i5 series. To fulfill diverse demands in a wide range of applications, this EPIC express board is equipped with rich I/O interfaces, such as six USB2.0 ports, four COM ports, mouse, keyboard and 8-bit programmable digital I/O.
