COM-CV Rev.B from AAEON is a Type 6 COM Express module build on 32 nm process technology and featuring dual-core Intel® Atom™ D2550 or N2600 processors at a low 3.5 W. The COM, which also includes Intel’s NM10 Express chipset and 82583V GbE controller, supports H.264 video decoding.
COM-CV Rev.B’s I/O interfaces include two USB 3.0 and eight USB 2.0 ports, four PCIe&x#91;x1&x#93; lanes, along with a 24-bit LVDS LCD interface for connecting to displays. The SODIMM socket onboard supports DDR3 1066 memory to 4 GB, and the Atom processors are suited with Digital Thermal Sensors for temperature monitoring as they provide quadruple the graphics performance of their predecessors.
The COM-CV Rev.B supports common Microsoft and Linux Operating Systems (OSs), and can be paired with the ECB-917T, a Mini-ITX carrier board offering two GbE, two SATA 6 Gbps, one mSATA, and one PCIe&x#91;x4&x#93; ports, for expedited integration.
