The FWS-7600 Network appliance features Intel Xeon Quad Core 3200 series processor (up to 2.66GHz) and dual Core 3000 series (up to 2.4GHz), and supports four 240-pin dual-channel ECC DDRII 667 SDRAM DIMM (up to 8GB). The FWS-7600 deploys Intel 3010 chipset that offers high computing capabilities. With the ECC function, the FWS-7600 provides better reliability.
The FWS-7600 is equipped with two fixed copper Ethernet ports and two modules that could be optional fiber modules with four SFP fiber ports and two copper ports or two copper modules with eight copper ports. It is very flexible for users to choose in terms of their needs. It is an excellent network media, as it can equip 10/100Base-TX or Gigabit Ethernet with four ports bypass function for network connections. The FWS-7600 is designed for your network security and performance.
This feature rich Network Appliance hosts six USB 2.0 ports (four pin headers and two type A ports on the front panel), Parallel LCM with keypad, and one RS-232 console port on the front panel. It is also equipped with a 3.5"" internal disk drive bay for further storage and expansion. The FWS-7600 provides PCI/PCI-E/ PCI-X for customers to choose in two different kits. Customers can choose different optional buses for the rear slot and the Mini-PCI slot can support encrypted card or wireless LAN card for a high extensibility.
